Environmental Lead Inspections – Commercial and Residential
Experts in lead-based paint testing, consulting and compliance
Hello, I’m Neil LaFrance, Master Lead Paint Inspector and an EPA-Certified Principal Instructor on lead paint inspection.
With over 20 years of experience in various fields of the lead paint detection industry, I specialize in finding compliance solutions to your project’s lead paint problems. Whether it’s getting a Letter of Compliance for your home or apartment, or dealing with large-scale demolition or historical renovations, my knowledge of the regulations can save you valuable time and money.
LeadSafe Can Quickly and Cost-Effectively Determine if Your Project Needs a Certified Contractor.
If a project involves lead paint, the contractor must be certified for the EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. I am a lead paint instructor, and teach the RRP Certification course through Prior Environmental Training, so you’ll get the best analysis and advice.
- It’s much cheaper to test for lead paint first, than to assume it’s safe and risk having to re-do the work.
- For contractors who aren’t certified, lead pre-screening could save $1000 per job.
